Please Note: Students must be in the grade 8 or above to be in the strength training areas.
Parents, if you would like to have your son or daughter work out with you in the strength training areas before they are in the 8th grade, please speak with Dave Greenman and find out the steps you can take to do just that.
Selectorized machines take some of the worry out of weight training. These are fixed motion machines are designed so that if you want to work a muscle, sit, select a weight and push or pull! An orientation on all machines with one of our personal trainers is still highly recommended. This area is open at all times for members and guests to use, except Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM, Labor Day through Memorial Day.
This room is an extension of the main weight room and has most of the same equipment as the main weight room, with a few other specialty items (Cybex Bravo, full and half racks with platforms, hack squats, Smith machine, TRX suspension straps, etc.). This area is open to members guests most of the time, but will be shut down for classes and acceleration training. Please check the calendar outside of the Acceleration Room and on this website.
