Hot BodyFlow

LesMills BodyFlow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Hot BodyFlow is a perfect complement to all of our strength and cardiovascular classes we offer.

Classes

This 45 minute condensed Flow class will be held in our Mind/Body studio in a temperature of 96 to 100 degrees Wednesday mornings at 9:15 a.m. and Thursdays at 4:45 p.m.
