LesMills Body Pump is a 60-minute barbell-based class that takes traditional weight room exercises and moves them to a Group Fitness setting. A safe, effective, and FUN total body workout! Energizing music and motivating instructors keep you coming back for more!
LesMills GRIT
LesMills Grit is a 30 minute high-intensity interval training workout designed with short rounds of high-intensity exercise followed by periods of strategic recovery. The secret to ultimate results is not adding more workouts to your routine, but increasing their intensity. We recommend two HIIT workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan. Each GRIT class will consist of only one of 3 GRIT formats: STRENGTH, CARDIO, or ATHLETIC. These will change weekly.
H.I.I.T. / CORE
Break a sweat in this 45-minute class of varying intervals of cardio and / or strength exercises, paired with active recovery to create an afterburn so your body keeps using energy even after you stop training. This is followed by 15 minutes of core training and ending with cooldown and stretch for a full-body workout. All fitness levels are welcome!

Another great LesMills class option! This is a 45-minute express version of our BodyPump class. BodyPump Express continues to torch calories & gives you a total body workout in just 45 minutes. BodyPump uses the REP EFFECT to create a lean, toned, athletic physique. Prepare to sweat in this one too!

LesMills CORE
A 30-minute results program with quick gains that makes you stronger and leaner. You can continually challenge yourself, regardless of your own fitness level. This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. All the moves in CORE have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, trained instructors will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
Silver Sneakers Classic
Silver Sneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing the range of movement for daily life activities.
Silver Sneakers Circuit
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a 45-minute standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic bands, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobics choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Strong
Get STRONG in this 40-minute community-based atmosphere utilizing work and rest periods. Our TRX Suspension Trainer straps give you a full body workout powered by your bodyweight. Great for all levels and goals. Simply change the angle to change the challenge. TRX is all about the core, using multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. It is especially effective in developing strength , balance, flexibility, movement, and stability.
Total Body Fusion
Total Body Fusion is a high-energy group fitness class that combines cardio, strength, and core exercises for a full-body workout. Designed to boost your endurance, build muscle, and strengthen your core, this class offers a dynamic mix of exercises to keep you moving and motivated. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, you'll find a variety of movements and intensities to challenge yourself. Get ready to sweat, tone, and sculpt in this all-encompassing class that fuses the best elements of cardio, strength training, and core conditioning. Join us for an invigorating session that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
Barre
Our Barre Sculpt classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. The precision-oriented technique focuses mainly on small isolated movements within deeply held and challenging postures. We integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscles without bulk. These are challenging, low-impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results. Our classes are led by trained Barre instructors. We welcome all levels of fitness, age and gender. Class space is limited.
Barre Fusion
Fuses cardio, rhythmic movement and high-repetition strength work for a total body workout that offers a unique approach to a traditional Barre class. This class is for all levels.
CoreForm 35
A mat-based sculpt class that fuses the control of reformer Pilates with the intensity of strength training. Using light weights, bands, and sliders, CoreForm 35 delivers a full-body workout designed to lengthen, tone, and strengthen - no machines required. Expect low-impact, high-burn movement that targets your core, glutes, and posture muscles through slow, controlled reps and deep muscle activation. Perfect for all levels looking to build strength, mobility, and definition.
Heated CORE
45 minutes of flowing through full-body toning with emphasis on your CORE and GLUTES. Class will combine great music and short cardio bursts in the HEAT to get your blood pumping and sweat flying. Heated class with a room temperature of 101°.
Heated Tabata
Build strength and endurance in this 30-minute class through a variety of total body movements using a mix of dumbbells, bands, body weight and cardio intervals to target all the major muscle groups. The room is heated to 85°.
Hot Body Flow
LesMills BodyFlow is a Yoga, Tai Chai, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Hot BodyFlow is a perfect complement to all of our strength and cardiovascular classes we offer. This Flow class will be held in our Mind/Body studio at a temperature of 102° - 104°.
Hot Power Core
This high-energy class combines the intensity of a heated environment with dynamic core-focused movements to strengthen and sculpt your midsection. Expect a powerful blend of Pilates, yoga-inspired flows, and body-weight exercises designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and boost overall endurance. The heat enhances flexibility while increasing calorie burn, helping you unlock a leaner, stronger body. Whether you're looking to tone, build stability, or challenge your limits, Hot Power Core will leave you feeling empowered and invigorated. The room is heated to 95°.
Hot Sculpt
Hot Sculpt is a 45-minute powerhouse workout with high-energy beats and a heated room to push your limits. Every class will begin with 15 minutes of an invigorating yoga flow followed by a full body-sculpting workout using body weight, resistance bands, or weights. You'll engage in a series of targeted movements to work your arms, legs, core, and more!
Morning Moves
Begin your day with 50 minutes of breath balancing, gentle stretches, Vinyasa flow, and body balancing. Primarily practicing Hatha yoga poses, Kundalini yoga, Pranayama techniques, Chakra balancing, and light meditation will be featured as well. Begin a new day. Set your intentions. Get a fresh start. Make morning your time for moves. All levels are welcome.
Pound+
A mash-up of high-intensity interval training that will incorporate cardio, strength, core, kickboxing, Pilates and barre-inspired movements along with a full-body cardio jam session. Pound + is sure to have you moving and sweating with infectious, energizing, and up-beat music that you can rock out too. Pound + is designed for all fitness levels and is easy to modify while letting loose, getting motivated, and improving your health!
Pound & PiYo Flow
Two of our popular mind/body classes come together to give you a total body experience. Pound & PiYo Flow will take the best of both classes and combine easy-to-follow sequences to make you sweat, strengthen and stretch.
Restore
Take 20 minutes to be guided through somatic exercises and stretches in this warm 95° room. We will focus on releasing the tension and stressors held in our bodies. Extra attention will be given to counteract the daily postures we hold. The average American is overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, and spending way too much time in the sympathetic (flight or fight) nervous system. This class aims to rebalance the nervous system as we learn to settle into the parasympathetic (rest and digest) state where our bodies can thrive. Bring a mat and be ready to RESTORE your mind and body!
Saturday Morning Refresher
A great way to start your weekend! Join us for an all-levels class for a full hour with different teachers & class styles! Depending on the teacher and style, class focus may include asana (movements), pranayama (breathing practice), Hot 60, Barre and more. Watch for details on our Facebook page each week.
Total Body Express
We want to keep you guessing - each 45-minute class is designed to be different and will challenge you every class! Our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun! You will experience various types of cardio, strength and core exercises. This class varies each week and by each instructor. It is a multi-level full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. Great for someone looking for a variety and a new routine.
Warm Feel Good Yoga
This class is designed to help release physical tension and promote relaxation incorporating safe, intelligent sequencing that will leave you feeling challenged, invigorated and renewed. The class will begin with a flowing yoga practice that emphasizes breath-led movement, core, balance, strength, and encourages a strong inward focus. The practice will end with time for deeper stretching or soothing postures held for longer periods and a final relaxation that will leave you balanced and relaxed. Suitable for all levels. Warm Feel Good Yoga is set at a temperature of 98°.
Warm Pound and PiYo
A combination of the high-intensity jam session you get with Pound with low-impact stretching movements in PiYo, in easy to follow sequences, to help you strengthen and stretch for a whole body workout! This class will focus on slowing down our movements but keeping intensity with the heat. This class will make you sweat while adding strength and flexibility!
Warm PiYo
PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to get you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility. Warm PiYo is set at a temp of 80° - 85°.
CYCLE 30/45
This is a 30 or 45 minute indoor cycling group exercise class, accessible to all levels and abilities. It brings the experience of the outside ride into the studio. Our trained instructors will lead you through a variety of hill climbs, flat terrain, intervals and power play. Choosing your own resistance, the class is at your level, this creates a group with mixed ability. You will be encouraged by a variety of motivational music that will take you on an exciting journey in every class.
CYCLE 30 & HOT FLOW
This class combines the cardiovascular work of indoor cycling with the flexibility and relaxation of our LesMills BodyFlow class. Class will improve your heart, your mind and body, leaving you feel refreshed and ready for your day. Class will begin with 30 minutes of calorie burning, heart pumping cycling to rev up your cardiovascular fitness. Following our cycling portion we will switch gears and move in to a 45 minute warm BodyFlow class held in our Mind/Body room. This 45 minute condensed Flow class will be held in our Mind/Body studio in a temperature of 96° to 100°.
CYCLE 45 Mix Up
This 45-minute class combines indoor cycling along with core strengthening intervals. During this class you will be on and off the bike. This class can be adapted for any level of fitness. Come enjoy the ride!
HIIT Cycle
HIIT cycle is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where motivation comes from pushing your limits mentally and physically. Combining bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible with periods of rest.
