H.I.I.T and CORE

Break a sweat in this 45 minute class of varying intervals of cardio and/or strength exercises, paired with active recovery to create an after burn so your body keeps using energy even after you stop training. This is followed by 15 minutes of core training and ending with cooldown and stretch for a full-body workout. All fitness levels are welcome!
