Warm BodyFlow

LesMills BodyFlow is the Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Warm BodyFlow is a perfect complement to all of our strength and cardiovascular classes we offer.


This BodyFlow class will be held in our Mind / Body studio in a temperature of 90 to 95 degrees.
