Incentive Programs
Join our seasonal Calorie Clubs and join with others to get healthier. Workout by doing a number of different cardiovascular and weight training exercises & writing down your calories. All of our cardiovascular machines have a calorie counter (for more accurate results be sure to enter in your weight if machine asks), or look up your exercise from our list to see how many calories you burn. Look for Fall Calorie Clubs in October and Winter Calorie Clubs in January. Team up with a friend and join our Winter Biggest Loser incentive program that starts in late December and runs through mid-March every year. Weigh in for your base amount then after that, weigh- in every Friday throughout the program's run. You do not have to be a member of the PLWC to participate. Winners will be based on highest percentage of body weight lost. The team that loses the most weight in each division will also receive a cash prize. Cash prizes are based on 100 team participation rate. If less than 100 teams, cash payouts will be less.
