The Watertown Parks and Recreation Department will be doing a software update that will require approximately 6 hours of down time to our CIVIC-REC Online Registration and Point of Sale system. The update is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 13th beginning at 4pm and should be completed by no later than 11pm.
During this down time our facilities that are open (Prairie Lakes Wellness Center and Family Aquatics Center) will not have access to our point of sale system which will result in the inability to accept credit cards. Cash and checks will be the only means of payment during the upgrade period. In addition, online registrations will also be unavailable during these hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but the upgrade will ensure we avoid future down times with our system and provide a better customer experience. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
