Turbo Kick 30 & Tone
This 30 minute kickboxing workout is designed to burn fat and mega calories! A mix of simple punches, kicks, and strength moves, using your own body for resistance and choreographed to upbeat top 40 music! We'll end with 15 minutes of toning, giving you a variety each class. Total body workout in 45 minutes or less! Modifications shown throughout class which makes this perfect for any fitness level!
